At PMP, we make the effort to understand our clients business so we can ensure that we add value to their core business services. PMP Software works with clients in a variety of ways. Some clients prefer a fixed-price solution. Others prefer to use our skills on a contracted basis. Others develop products with us and we agree to lower initial fees and downstream revenue share. The key is finding the model that suits the situation and the client. With some of our clients we use all three methodologies.
Our experience tells us that most organisations needs are different. Nobody wants a standard "one size fits all" solution. They need the opportunity to customize and integrate that solution into their current environment. That's why PMP developed it's solutions as components and frameworks, rather than standardised off-the-shelf products.
Our customers enjoy the benefits of PMP's R&D effort: They share the base development cost for the product with many other companies and then build on this with a unique customisation and implementation.
