Others develop products with us and we agree to lower initial fees and downstream revenue share. The key is finding the model that suits the situation and the client. With some of our clients we use all three methodologies.

At PMP, we make the effort to understand our clients business so we can ensure that we add value to their core business services. In so doing, it allows us to be confident in taking some commercial risk in return for a share in the value add we provide.
